1. Access and Use
   You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Help Center solely for the purpose of maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting AiRISTA products owned by you or AiRISTA services that you are authorized to use (the “Authorized Purpose”).
2. Confidentiality
   All content within the Help Center is proprietary and confidential to AiRISTA (the “Help Center Confidential Information”). Without prior written consent from AiRISTA, You shall not disclose, share, copy, or distribute any Confidential Information to any third party organization or to any individual of your organization who does not have a need to know with respect to the Authorized Purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
   The Help Center Confidential Information is the intellectual property of AiRISTA and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use these materials for any commercial purpose other than in support of the Authorized Purpose. 
4. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to:
   • Share your login credentials with others.
   • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the Help Center.
   • Use the Help Center in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Termination
   AiRISTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary.
6. Disclaimer
   Help Center content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AiRISTA is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Help Center.
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
